District 7790 is lead by a District Governor. For the Rotary year 2007-2008 which begins July 1st and ends June 30th, the District Governor is Doug Ibarguen from the Farmington Rotary Club . All district organization exists to provide service to the clubs, to help them to reach their goals, and to facilitate their participation in Rotary International and The Rotary Foundation programs. To help the District governor there are 13 Assistant District Governors who look after their group of clubs and act as an aid to these clubs. The clubs are lead by a Club President and a Board of Directors.
