Presidential Citation | Governor's Citation | Friend Club | District Projects Rotary Foundation Friend Club On of our goals is to have an average of giving per member of 100$ US to The Rotary Foundation annual program fund. This fund is use for the Matching Grants, for the Group Study exchange, Ambassadorial Scholarships etc... Each club having an average of giving equal or higher than 100$ US will receive a badge to be fix on the club banner making that club an official "Rotary Foundation Friend Club". There is another way to be qualified: a club who commit itself to use 80% of the money raised each year locally and 20% in the Foundation programs will also be qualified.
